PANASONIC HIGHLIGHTS AT ISE 2025
New range of all-in-one LED displays with Intel SDK
Panasonic's three new professional all-in-one LED displays, available in 165-, 137-, and 110-inch models, offer exceptional performance in educational, university, or corporate environments. Panasonic's three new professional all-in-one LED displays, available in 165-, 137-, and 110-inch models, offer exceptional performance in educational, university, or corporate environments. They are the first LED displays to feature dual Intel® SD card slots, enabling seamless AVoIP integration with various proprietary or third-party function cards. This facilitates enhanced communication and collaboration between multiple devices in different locations.
This range of all-in-one LED displays leverages the company's knowledge and experience, as well as its understanding of the needs of professional customers. They offer a brightness of up to 700 cd/m2 and a pixel pitch of up to 1.9 mm, to display high-quality images without color deviation, even in bright environments. Easy to set up and use right out of the box, these displays are lighter and thinner than conventional displays, increasing installation flexibility. They come semi-assembled with mounting hardware included, so they can be easily installed and used immediately with an HDMI cable.
Pushing the Limits of Sustainable LCD Projection
The PT-VMZ82 series is Panasonic's most energy-efficient to date, with 25% lower consumption compared to its current LCD projector range. In addition, its housing is made with up to 59% recycled resin. It offers sharp, bright projection even in well-lit spaces, making it the ideal choice for corporate, educational, and entertainment environments. Its Auto Power On function reduces consumption during standby, contributing to energy savings.
The VMZ82 (8,000 lm), VMZ72 (7,200 lm), and VMZ62 (6,500 lm) projectors are the smallest and lightest in their class. They feature Daylight View Basic, which optimizes image quality based on ambient lighting.
Smooth and environmentally friendly collaboration
The WPS2 series offers seamless, stress-free, and highly effective collaboration and communication in professional and learning environments. It is a perfect plug-and-play tool that allows you to wirelessly project from a computer, tablet, or smartphone to a display or projector with the touch of a button, without unnecessary setup delays.
PressIT allows you to connect up to 32 devices and display four screens simultaneously, facilitating collaboration, document comparison, and idea sharing. It perfectly reflects Panasonic's commitment to increasing sustainability across all its areas; the latest version of PressIT features a more compact form factor and reduced packaging material, reducing overall plastic use by up to 64%.
New Software for Managing Multi-Projector Environments
To simplify and optimize workflows for its ET-FMP50 series of media processors, Panasonic has developed integrated software that allows installers and technical operators to intuitively control immersive experiences with multiple projectors from a single platform. This software integrates advanced display adjustment features, such as precise geometric correction, along with comprehensive content management.
Expanding AVoIP Solutions Portfolio
The Matrox ConvertIP SDM card, compatible with the IPMX and ST 2110 standards, will be available starting March 2025 with Panasonic's full range of AVoIP visual solutions. This card expands the brand's AVoIP standard options, which already include SDVoE, and is compatible with the Intel SDM slots of the brand's LED displays, 4K projectors, and conventional displays. In addition, the Matrox ConvertIP SDM improves redundancy and minimizes interruptions in the event of signal failures. The 4K PTZ Camera Redefines Professional Video Production
Panasonic's new AW-UE150AW/AK 4K PTZ camera offers advanced operability and flexibility for professional content creators, both in remote production and live streaming environments, positioning itself as the preferred PTZ camera for rental, events, production, and broadcasting. It offers built-in auto-tracking functionality, a highly sensitive 1" 4K MOS sensor, and wide-angle (75.1° horizontal) optics with 20x optical zoom, delivering ultra-high-quality video.
The UE150AW/AK supports the NDI High Bandwidth protocol to enable seamless, low-latency IP-based 4K video streaming, in addition to existing compatibility with the SRT and NDI HX2 protocols. It also incorporates an optical low-pass filter (OLPF) that reduces moiré effects on LED displays and monitors, and is compatible with HDR (HLG) for more realistic image reproduction.
Kairos software with increased functionality
Panasonic's Kairos software update expands production capabilities for large-scale live events. Version 1.8 introduces Multiple Core Control, allowing two Kairos servers to be operated from a single control panel, streamlining the management of multiple video sources at large events. Additionally, it now supports higher-resolution ST 2110 inputs and outputs, such as 16:10 aspect ratio, ideal for multi-sized images with LED displays. HTML5 support has also been added for integrating real-time graphics into the platform.
New plug-in for Media Production Suite and PTZ camera firmware
Panasonic's new AI-powered auto-framing software delivers market-leading auto-tracking, image recognition, and natural auto-framing solutions for its AW-UE160W/K PTZ camera. Leveraging the UE160's powerful processor, framing parameters are easily defined for each application, producing high-quality content and improving on-site efficiency. This firmware is available now.
An advanced auto-framing plug-in for Panasonic's Media Production Suite, activated with a software key, provides auto-framing for various PTZ cameras, including the AW-UE160W/K, AW-UE150AW/AK, AW-UE150W/K, AW-UE100W/K, and AW-UE80W/K. This will include multi-camera auto-framing to improve the accuracy and operability of subject detection, while facial recognition optimizes framing for people.
