Warranty Certificate

BROADCAST

Panasonic do Brasil Limitada ensures the first consumer-owner of the identified device a warranty against any material and/or manufacturing defects, provided such defects are verified by a Panasonic-authorized technician. The warranty period consists of 90 days as required by law, plus an additional 1005 days (3 years) granted by Panasonic, starting from the purchase date by the consumer-owner. The purchase must be made from an authorized Panasonic reseller and the period is counted from the date on the Purchase Invoice or another valid fiscal document (invoice).

Warranty Exception: The 3-year (1005-day) warranty does not apply to components subject to natural wear during regular use, such as sensors, optical blocks, and lens units. For these components, Panasonic do Brasil Limitada ensures the first consumer-owner a warranty against any material and/or manufacturing defects, provided such defects are verified by a Panasonic-authorized technician. The warranty period in these cases consists of 90 days as required by law, plus an additional 275 days (1 year) granted by Panasonic.

Panasonic do Brasil Limitada limits its responsibility to the replacement of defective parts, provided that a Panasonic-authorized technician determines that the defect occurred under normal usage conditions. Labor and replacement of defective parts due to manufacturing faults under normal usage conditions will be free of charge within the warranty period.

Panasonic do Brasil Limitada declares this warranty null and void if the device suffers any damage caused by accidents, insects, natural events (lightning, floods, landslides, etc.), external agents (dust, laser, etc.), or misuse contrary to the Instruction Manual. The warranty is also void if the product has been connected to an unsuitable or excessively fluctuating power source, or if it shows signs of tampering, adjustments, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel. Additionally, the warranty is void if the consumer-owner fails to present this Warranty Certificate along with the Purchase Invoice or another valid fiscal document (invoice), or if any of these documents show alterations or erasures.

Panasonic do Brasil Limitada commits to providing both free and paid services mentioned above only in locations where Authorized Service Centers are maintained. Therefore, the consumer-owner is solely responsible for all costs and risks associated with transporting the device to and from the nearest Authorized Service Center.

The warranty terms and conditions apply only within Brazilian territory and do not cover the following items:

  • a) Product installation or handling guidance.
  • b) Product cleaning.
  • c) On-site service. If the consumer-owner wishes to receive service at home, they must first contact one of our Authorized Service Centers to inquire about the service fee. If the removal of the device is necessary, the consumer-owner is responsible for all related transportation costs (both ways).
  • d) Products without a model and serial number label or with a tampered label.

Note: For devices with accessories, the warranty against manufacturing defects for these components is 90 (ninety) days from the date of the Purchase Invoice or another valid fiscal document (invoice).
