Panasonic do Brasil Limitada guarantees to the first owner-consumer of the device identified here, a guarantee against any defect in material and/or manufacturing, provided that, verified by technicians authorized by Panasonic, for a period of 90 days, by force of law, plus 275 days at the discretion of Panasonic (1 year), counting from the date of acquisition by the owner-consumer, acquisition made at an official reseller of Panasonic products in Latin America and counting from the date of the Invoice of Purchase or valid proof of purchase containing the serial number.
Panasonic do Brasil Limitada offers its Lumix customers an extended warranty for its products. The extended warranty consists of 730 additional days once the 365 days previously described are completed according to the conditions of this certificate and registration and validation on the website: https://latam.connect.panasonic.com/br/pt /products/lumix-pro
Warranty Exception:
- The shutter unit, as it is a mechanical and consumable part, the warranty is limited to 365 days.
- The 1-year warranty (365 days) is not valid for accessories such as: Panasonic batteries and memory cards. For these parts, Panasonic do Brasil Limitada guarantees the first owner-consumer of the device identified here, a guarantee against any defect in material and/or manufacturing, as long as it is verified by technicians authorized by Panasonic, for a period of 90 days.
Panasonic do Brasil Limitada restricts its responsibility to the replacement of defective parts, provided that, at the discretion of its accredited technician, the failure is found under normal conditions of use. Labor and replacement of part(s) with manufacturing defects, during normal use of the device, will be free of charge within the warranty period.
Panasonic do Brasil Limitada declares the warranty null and void if this device suffers any damage caused by accidents, insects, natural agents (lightning, floods, landslides, etc.), external agents (dust, sand, laser, etc.) or use that does not comply with the Instruction Manual, because it has been connected to an improper electrical network or is subject to excessive fluctuations, or if it shows signs of having been tampered with, adjusted or repaired by unauthorized persons by Panasonic and if the product is used outside the regular applications for which it was designed. The warranty will also be considered null and void if the owner-consumer does not present this Certificate and the Purchase Invoice or valid tax document (invoice) or if they contain erasures or modifications.
Panasonic do Brasil Limitada is obliged to provide the services referred to above, both free and paid, only in locations where it maintains Authorized Services. The owner-consumer will therefore be solely responsible for the costs and risks of transporting the device to the nearest Authorized Service (round trip).
The form and place of use of the guarantee is only valid in Brazilian territory and does not cover the following items:
- Instalação do produto ou orientação de manuseio.
- Limpeza do produto.
- Atendimento em domicílio. Se o proprietário-consumidor desejar ser atendido em sua residência, o próprio deverá antes entrar em contato com um dos nossos Serviços Autorizados para consulta sobre a taxa de visita. Constatada a necessidade da retirada do aparelho, fica o proprietário-consumidor responsável pelas despesas e pelo transporte (ida e volta).
- Produtos sem a etiqueta de modelo e número de série ou com a etiqueta violada.
Note: For devices that have accessories, the warranty against manufacturing defects for these components is 90 (ninety) days, counting from the date of proof of purchase.
