LUMIX at PIXX 2026
LUMIX strengthens creative connections in Central America during PIXX 2026
June began with LUMIX arriving in Central America for another gathering with the region's creative community. On June 8 and 9, the brand participated in PIXX 2026 in Guatemala City—in partnership with Picacia—bringing technology, an exchange of experiences, and inspiration to one of the key photography and visual creation events on the Central American circuit.
PIXX brings together major industry names and an audience of photographers, students, and content creators. The event fosters hands-on experiences with equipment, showcases the latest innovations, and encourages direct interaction between the industry and the community.
Over the course of the two-day event, Panasonic | LUMIX presented its ecosystem of photography and video solutions, giving visitors the opportunity to explore and test the equipment in real-world scenarios. This participation reinforced the brand's strategy to expand its presence in Latin America.
"PIXX 2026 was a strategic opportunity to strengthen LUMIX's presence in one of Central America's key markets. Beyond boosting brand recognition in Guatemala, the event allowed us to forge closer ties with the local creative community and connect with professionals and creators from across the region, reinforcing our commitment to the development of the Latin American market. Overall, visitors perceived LUMIX as an innovative brand capable of catering to both seasoned professionals and the new generation of creators seeking versatile equipment for multimedia content production," notes Marcelo Meirelles, Business Development Manager at Panasonic Brazil.
Over the course of the two days, LUMIX shared the space with other major market brands and stood out for the intensity of its interaction with the public, reinforcing its positioning in an environment of high visibility and constant hands-on experience.
From the start of the event, the space saw a steady stream of visitors interested in getting a close look at LUMIX solutions and testing the equipment in various usage scenarios. The experience was further enriched by presentations and workshops led by LUMIX Creators Lucas Lermen (Brazil) and Jose Figueroa (Guatemala), who offered practical insights into using these tools in everyday photography and content creation.
Among the equipment on display, the Full Frame lineup drew the most interest from visitors, particularly professional photographers and advanced users seeking high performance for both photography and video. Image quality, hybrid features, advanced stabilization, ergonomics, and ease of content creation for various digital platforms were among the highlights most discussed by attendees.
Participating in PIXX 2026 demonstrated that being present goes beyond simply showcasing equipment; it is about forging genuine connections with those immersed in photography and content creation in their daily lives. With this mission in mind, LUMIX continues its journey across the Americas, strengthening the creative community that drives the brand forward.
