Panasonic has just launched its new Lumix S5II and S5llx camera in Brazil in an exclusive event with a packed house at the Cinemateca Brasileira facilities, as part of the Japanese company's promotional strategy. The event was conceived together with Merlin Foto e Vídeo, with the support of other commercial partners such as Aputure, Broadmedia, Delta Pro Vídeo, I9 Store, Merlin Distribuidora, Reality Projeções and Zeus Broadcast Service.

The launch was attended by the entire Panasonic do Brasil team, led by Rodrigo Costa, Sales Manager of the company, along with Sergei Epof, Vice President of Panasonic, and the team of executives from the companies co-organizing the event. The introduction of the camera was given by Thiago Cauduro, who shared with the attendees all his knowledge about audiovisual production, experiences and demonstrations of his work about everything that can be done with the innovative features and capabilities of the Lumix S5II and S5IIx cameras.

“We had a very nice event, with an audience that accompanied us with more than 300 people in a place as classic as the Cinemateca Brasileira, and we had a luxury speaker like Thiago Cauduro, who enchanted all the attendees with all his experiences in the use of the Lumix for the production and creation of content, highlighting the positive side that he gave us in his use of the camera and the reliability it provides when working with the best image quality,” said Costa.

“We are very happy with the presentations made by Lumix for the Brazilian professional audiovisual market, so we are clear that we will continue with this type of events,” highlighted the executive. “With the same strategy and adapting the size and format of each presentation in each country, we will replicate it throughout Latin America,” he concluded.
