PARTNERSHIP WITH UNIVERSIDADE PRESBITERIANA MACKENZIE
On November 5, Panasonic do Brasil formalized its academic alliance with Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (UPM), marking the launch of the institution's "Cinema and Audiovisual" course. As part of this collaboration, Panasonic donated equipment to support the training of future professionals in the field.
During the event, those present were able to participate in a talk with the filmmaker Fábio Mendonça, director of the "Cangaço Novo" series, mediated by the journalist and film critic Flávia Guerra. The celebration was attended by representatives of Panasonic such as Sergei Epof, Vice President; Caio Marques, Marketing Director; Kenji Suzuki, B2B Director; and Rodrigo Costa, Commercial Manager.
Sergei Epof highlighted that this partnership aims to "prepare a generation for the professional cinema market", highlighting Panasonic's commitment to the future of the audiovisual industry. "In addition, one of Panasonic's fundamental principles is to encourage projects that contribute positively to society," Epof added.
Caio Marques, former UPM student, expressed his joy at "returning to the place that was and is the basis of the professional I became" and highlighted how participation in educational projects reflects Panasonic's DNA when it comes to contributing to the society.
Panasonic thanked the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie for the partnership and the opportunity to support the new "Cinema and Audiovisual" course, highlighting the brand's commitment to putting its technology at the service of education, the audiovisual market and the development of future talents of the area.
