Two-thirds smaller and half the weight of conventional macro lenses
While macro lenses tend to be quite large, Panasonic has successfully used its unique technologies to reduce the overall size. Compared to conventional macro lenses, the LUMIX S MACRO 100mm F2.8 is approximately two-thirds smaller and weighs half as much. Weighing a total of just 1 kg when combined with the LUMIX S5II, the compact and lightweight system can be operated with one hand.
