Panasonic do Brasil participated in CAPER Show 2024, the Argentine broadcast industry event, held from October 29 to 31 in the City of Buenos Aires. The show, which brought together more than 5,000 professionals from the audiovisual industry, is an important platform for the exchange of knowledge and presentation of new technologies.

At the BVS - Conocimiento & Tecnología stand, integrator of the Argentine market, the Japanese brand was represented by Rodrigo Costa, Sales Manager of Panasonic do Brasil and by Pre-Sales Engineer Renato Goya.

“During the CAPER Show we presented our Lumix cameras for the first time in Argentina, which aroused a lot of interest in visitors because it is a very good camera, which guarantees good results and with a very attractive cost-benefit. We also showcased our high-end professional studio camera AK-UC4000, which allows users to operate it in 4K and HD, enabling the production of HD images with high sensitivity and low noise. Likewise, reaffirming our world leadership in robotic cameras, we exhibited the AW-UE150 PTZ that, with 4K 50p, opens new possibilities in audiovisual production,” explained Costa, who also highlighted the introduction of the Kairos switcher to the Argentine market. “Based on software, it provides all the resources of a conventional switcher but has unlimited flexibility for both input and output and for different operations. “It is a new concept that is having great success around the world,” he said.

The executive also emphasized the debut in Argentina of a new Chroma Keyless solution, designed for robotic PTZ cameras, which allows image cropping without the need for a green background. “It's a Panatrack rail system, designed to work together with our robotic PTZ cameras,” he explained.

In addition to the exhibition, the event featured workshops and seminars where big names in the industry participated.
