Easy-to-use Software Control Panel for all AV-HSW10 functions

The AW-SF10 Software Control Panel enables video switching and all other AV-HSW10 functions directly from a PC or tablet. The GUI screen is organized into five modes based on function to realize intuitive control and the control panel boasts a number of special convenient features for enhanced usability.

GUI's features

GUI screen integrates Panasonic's unique Multiviewer and control panel. Keyboard, numeric keypad and touch screen for highly efficient operation.

Five Modes

■Control Mode

In Control mode, users can switch video input to the AV-HSW10. Inputs such as PGM and PVW can be displayed on the GUI for intuitive operation while viewing actual images, similar to the multi-view monitor. Transition controls, shot/still memory settings and recalls are accessible on the right-side block. It also allows transmission-status and audio-level monitoring, which is particularly useful for SRT and RTMP streaming and web-conferencing services.

Menu Panel

The Menu Panel mode enables each AV-HSW10 function to be operated and configured in the same way as the main unit.

Video Status

Video Status mode displays all inputs, outputs and internal resources as thumbnails, making it easy to check input/output settings.

Maintenance

Maintenance mode automatically detects AV-HSW10 units on the same network and connects them to the Software Control Panel, allowing confirmation of software versions and synchronization with the PC's internal clock.

Source Setting

Source Setting mode allows control-panel button assignments to be customized for specific operational requirements, even while viewing live video. Additionally, multi-view assignments can be selected from a menu of preconfigured patterns.

Unique Functions

Dedicated button for one-touch shot memory sequencing

Building on the AV-HSW10's ability to create and store up to 12 shot-memory presets, the Software Control Panel's Control mode provides a dedicated Shot Memory Sequence button for one-touch switching between screens, thereby reducing workloads, especially for solo operators.

Direct Writing and Replacing of Still Memory

The Software Control Panel allows stored still images to be transmitted directly over the network to the AV-HSW10, which can store and use two channels of still-image memory, to replace existing data. This eliminates the need for a memory stick and enables seamless integration of content created with other software for immediate use with the live switcher.

Lock Function to Prevent Accidental Operation■Mode Lock

This convenient Lock function prevents switching to other modes on the software control panel, ensuring that only the active mode can be used.

■Operation Rock

This function locks the software control panel in its current state.

Intuitive Touch Screen and Remote Operation via Wi-Fi

Touch screen operation is available, providing a familiar user experience similar to many standard applications, and a keyboard and numeric keypad further streamline configuration tasks. Wireless operation is available with Wi-Fi-enabled devices, providing greater flexibility for shooting and video production by allowing inputs to be switched while monitoring shooting status on location.
