Who can participate

  • Customers who own used cameras of any brand that are in working order – as evaluated by the participating store.
  • The equipment must be complete, with a legible serial number, and proof of purchase (invoice or equivalent document) may be requested, according to the policy of the participating reseller;
  • Program valid exclusively at participating Official LUMIX Stores.
  • The campaign is valid during the promotional period while supplies last.

Mandatory requirements for participation:

  • Present a valid identification document;
  • Present the original invoice for the used camera to be delivered at the Trade-in;
  • The equipment must be in working order and subject to technical evaluation by the store;
  • The participant must be an individual over 18 years of age.

Eligible Equipment

  • The list of models eligible for purchase at a discount is available at the participating store;
  • Final eligibility will be confirmed at the time of the technical evaluation.

Important conditions

  •  The evaluation, acceptance, and pricing of used equipment are the sole responsibility of the store.
  • Panasonic does not interfere in the evaluation process.
  • The discount cannot be converted into cash, store credit, or a refund.
  • No excess credit is given if the discount exceeds the value of the purchased product.
  • Offers are non-transferable;
  • The absence of an invoice may prevent participation in the campaign;
  • The repurchase value is determined exclusively by the participating store after technical evaluation;
  • This campaign cannot be combined with other promotions, unless expressly indicated.
