Heat management for unlimited recording

Unlimited 4:2:2 C4K/4K 60p/50p* recording. The LUMIX S5IIX features a compact body comparable to the S5 and a new, optimized heat dissipation structure that extends recording time, even during demanding sessions (e.g., video at resolutions higher than 4K, HFR video).

*Recording may stop if the camera is used outside the recommended operating temperature range (0 to 40 degrees Celsius). Additionally, recording stops automatically after 30 minutes in [6K/29.97p], [6K/25.00p], [5.9K/29.97p], and [5.9K/25.00p] modes when Thermal Management is set to Standard.

Superior image quality

The new engine delivers more realistic colors, higher resolution, and a natural three-dimensional effect. Combined with Dual Native ISO technology, this engine ensures effective noise suppression even at high sensitivity settings, delivering stunning images, even in dark areas.

Easy color grading with real-time LUT

You can internally record images and video with a LUT applied, without needing any special software. This camera allows you to expand the horizons of creative expression, even without specialized editing skills.

Durable body for various weather conditions

This camera can be used in a wide range of weather conditions. The magnesium alloy body and the sealing of all joints and buttons make this camera dust- and splash-resistant.
